Where our customers come from

Hail does not respect town lines, and neither does a good dent technician. Each area below has its own route to the shop and its own storm history. Click a town for directions.

Parker

Home base. The shop is in the Parkglenn business area near Lincoln Avenue and Parker Road, open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with walk-ins welcome. Parker sits on the Palmer Divide, the ridge that lifts afternoon storms as they move east, so the town is in the path of hail most summers.

Directions from Parker →

Centennial

Take Parker Road or Jordan Road south from Arapahoe Road, or E-470 to the Parker Road exit. Centennial shares Parker's storm track: cells that build over the foothills in the afternoon cross the south metro before they reach the plains.

Directions from Centennial →

Castle Rock

Crowfoot Valley Road runs northeast from Founders Parkway, becomes Motsenbocker Road at Stroh Road and meets Hess Road on the south side of Parker. Or take CO-86 to Franktown and Parker Road north. Castle Rock sits right on the Palmer Divide, and some of the largest hail reports in Douglas County come from this stretch of it.

Directions from Castle Rock →

Castle Pines

Castle Pines Parkway east becomes Hess Road and runs to Parker Road a few minutes south of the shop. Castle Pines and the Village sit on the same ridge as Castle Rock and see the same Divide storms.

Directions from Castle Pines →

Lone Tree

Lincoln Avenue east from I-25 runs straight to Parker, which makes Lone Tree one of the quickest drives to the shop for a same-day door ding.

Directions from Lone Tree →

Highlands Ranch

C-470 east to E-470, then the Jordan Road or Parker Road exit. Highlands Ranch is the far end of our regular range; for a crease or a hail claim that needs the shop's lighting and tooling rather than a parking lot, the drive is worth it.

Directions from Highlands Ranch →

Aurora

Parker Road runs straight from Aurora into Parker, and from the Southlands and Tollgate Crossing side E-470 south to the Parker Road exit is the fastest route. Southeast Aurora catches the storms that roll off the Divide onto the plains.

Directions from Aurora →

Elizabeth

CO-86 west to Franktown, then Parker Road north. Elizabeth and the rest of Elbert County sit on the open plains east of the Divide, where storms arrive with nothing to slow them down. Trucks, horse trailers and enclosed trailers are common out that way, and all of them can be repaired paintlessly if the skins are metal.

In the shop or where the vehicle sits

Hail claims and multi-panel work are done in the shop, where the lighting and the tooling are. For single dents and vehicles that cannot easily travel, mobile service is available across the areas above. Tell us where the vehicle is and what it needs, and we will say which makes sense.

Insurance works the same way wherever you live: we file and manage the claim, you choose the shop under Colorado law, and deductible assistance is available up to $1,000.* *Up to $1,000. Inquire for details or ask us how. How a Colorado hail claim works.

Questions we hear every week

Do you offer mobile dent repair?

Yes, for jobs that suit it. Single dents and vehicles that cannot easily travel can be done where they sit. Hail claims and multi-panel repairs are done in the Parker shop. Ask when you call.

Do I have to live in Parker?

No. Customers drive in from across the south Denver metro and Elbert County. Pick your town above for directions to the shop.

Does insurance work differently if I live outside Parker?

No. We file and manage the claim the same way for every customer, and Colorado law lets you choose your own repair shop regardless of where you live or where the storm hit.
